Submit a personal injury or property damage request as a result of one of our products
If one of our products has not met your performance expectations, we ask that you return the item to the Retail store where it was purchased for a replacement or a refund. If the Retail store does not satisfy your request, you may submit a request for a refund.
NOTE: Refund requests require a valid receipt within the last 90 Days.
